My integrative coaching approach combines techniques of systemic coaching, positive psychology and mindfulness work. This type of coaching will support you in working on your personal matters and to identify your individual resources.
Based on this you will empower yourself to explore solutions and new patterns of thinking and behaviors, which can be integrated into your everyday life. I strongly believe that individual change and personal development is possible for everybody and can foster life satisfaction of persons.
During my life and career I realised that there is a strong need to learn how to handle life circumstances in a healthy and self-fullfilling way. I observe that many people find it challenging to find a balance between the requirements of the working environments and their individual needs and values.
This is why I strongly want to engage people to work on their personal development. I consider this to be a key competence to find our personal course in life and a right balance between societal demands and own values.
My professional background offers broad knowledge in adult lifelong learning and systemic coaching for personal change. This expertise is based on my studies in lifelong learning and adult education, research in councelling adults and practical systemic coaching work.
In this sessions we meet in real life in Barcelona (this is were I am living). Depending on your preference we meet at my place, at your place, or take a walk at the beach. This face to face coaching allows us to make use of the natural environment or complement the coaching with exercises of mindfulness.
The coaching trips cover several days on the sailing boat (approx. 5-7 days) and take place on selected dates. We embark on the sailing trip with www.sailinglavida.com and depart from Barcelona. The combination of coaching and sailing makes it possible to disconnect from the usual environment and to work on topics of personal development in alliance with the sea and the sailing boat. Coaching will be based on group sesions (approx. 6 people) and individual self-reflective work.
